45 acres, plus or minus, on Burnt Mountain Road, Gilmer County, approximately 14 miles east of Ellijay in north central Georgia (see directions and maps, below). It has approximately 1,000 feet of road frontage on Burnt Mountain Road (mapquest.com shows this as GA108, see maps below), approximately 1,200 feet on the east line north to a tributary of Turkey Creek, and approximately 1,900 feet on the west line north to the creek with about 1,800 feet on the creek. The center line of the creek is the northern boundary of property. The property has spectacular views, and it extends well back from the road at an elevation of 2,000 feet and drops off to the beautiful roaring bold mountain creek, which is at an elevation of approximately 1,800 feet and has a series of small water falls (see pictures below).
